Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from the KDM The World online shop on this website (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read the All sales are final section before you buy.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering. The only refunds we give are described under Cancellations below.

Custom handle decals

Custom handle decals are made just for you and cut exactly as you type your handle. Before you can add one to your cart, you confirm that you checked the spelling. We do not give refunds or remakes for spelling mistakes in the handle you typed. If your decal doesn't match what you typed, that counts as a wrong item (see Damaged, defective or wrong items below).

Products and prices

• Some of our items are printed to order by our print partner, Printful. Others we make by hand and ship ourselves.
• Prices are in US dollars. Sale prices and coupon discounts are applied before you pay, and only one coupon code can be used per order.
• Shipping costs and any sales tax are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the amount you are charged.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors can look different from screen to screen.

Payment and order confirmation

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is placed once your payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation with your order number and a link to check its status.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
• Some items ship only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC (not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada). This is shown on the product page and in your cart, and checkout only accepts an address there for orders that include them.
• Please check your shipping address before you pay. We ship to the address entered at checkout. To change it, email kdmtheworld@outlook.com (or use the Order help button, when it's shown on the site). It can only be changed before your order has gone into production or shipped.
• Printed items are made after you order and then shipped. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Some items we make by hand are sold in batches with a ship-by date. The date for your item is shown on the product page, in your cart, at checkout and in your confirmation email. Handmade items in the same order ship together in one package, so they go out by the latest ship-by date among them.
• Orders with both printed and handmade items arrive in more than one package.
• We email you when your order ships, with tracking when the shipping method has it.

Pre-orders

Items marked “Pre-order” are charged when you order and ship after the release date shown on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships once that item is ready.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel, email kdmtheworld@outlook.com as soon as possible (or use the Order help button, when it's shown on the site). We can only cancel an order before it has gone into production or shipped. When we cancel an order, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.
• We may cancel an order ourselves if we can't fill it, for example if an item sold out at the same moment you bought it. If we do, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method and let you know by email.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email kdmtheworld@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the problem (or use “Problem with my order” in the Order help button, when it's shown on the site).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms posted on this page when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.
