Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Some items ship only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC; this is shown on the product page. Printed items are made after you order, then shipped. Items we make by hand ship by the date shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.

We email you when your order ships, with tracking when the shipping method has it. You can also follow your order from the link in your confirmation email. Orders with both printed and handmade items arrive in more than one package.

All sales are final

We don't accept returns or exchanges, including for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos of the problem.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has gone into production or shipped. When we cancel an order, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.
