2026 Kia K5 GT-Line AWD 2.5L

Project Ghost5 is my 2026 Kia K5 GT-Line AWD with the naturally aspirated 2.5L engine. I’m building it into a clean, aggressive street-inspired K5 while keeping the car’s original lines and everyday drivability. So far, I’ve powder-coated the factory wheels gloss black, added wheel spacers, tinted the windows, installed a radar detector, and completed a muffler delete and resonator delete. My vision is to create a distinctive K5 with a more aggressive stance and a clean, cohesive look without going overboard. This is just the beginning of the build, with plans for lowering springs, an upgraded wheel setup, exterior aero, custom headlights, interior lighting, and additional styling upgrades as the project progresses. Project Ghost5 is a work in progress, and I’m excited to keep documenting the transformation and sharing it with the K5 community.
